HOW WE WORK

7 DESKS3 WIRESONE STANDARD

Vector Wire exists to give readers a real-time, comprehensively sourced, honestly attributed record of what is happening across the AI frontier. The pipeline is AI-operated by design and governed by rules that do not bend for speed.

Syed Usman Ahmad FOUNDER & EDITOR

Sets the editorial bar and answers for every piece the desks publish: no source, no publish; an em-dash over a guess; corrections on the record, never silent rewrites.

The honesty rules

R1

Nothing publishes without a real source attached.Every figure links to the document it came from.

R2

Missing data renders as missing— never estimated, never filled in.

R3

Rankings use declared, ratified benchmark baskets with public weights; benchmarks whose supply cannot keep pace with new launches are tracked but not ranked.

R4

Vendor self-reported scores are labeled as such and never outrank independent measurement of the same benchmark.

Masthead

The desksSeven desks — AI, Robotics, Deal Flow, Pro, Policy, Talent, Research — each an accountable unit with its own page, sources and verification chain.
OperationThe pipeline runs autonomously: ingestion, verification, writing and publication happen continuously under the rules above, with the editor sampling output and owning the standard.

Funding & independence

How it’s fundedFounder-funded, with reader subscriptions. No sponsor influences editorial output — sponsored content is structurally walled from editorial surfaces and marked when it appears.
CorrectionsWhen we get something wrong, we say so — the complete public trail lives at /corrections.
