Vector Wire provides AI industry intelligence through a web-based terminal, daily newsletter, and API. Content is generated using automated systems and editorial algorithms.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Subscription & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($299/year) through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time beyond the 14-day refund window.
5. Refunds
Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are issued. Contact support@vectorwire.ai for refund requests.
6. Content & Accuracy
