AM Intelligence seeks $3B in debt to fund Nvidia Vera Rubin GPU purchase

Up to $3B in bonds and loans planned to buy Nvidia Vera Rubin GPUs.

AM Intelligence, a Hyderabad-based AI infrastructure company, is seeking to raise as much as $3 billion through bond issues and bank loans to purchase Nvidia Corp.'s next-generation Vera Rubin graphics processing units, Bloomberg reported1,2.

The company claims to be among the largest committed buyers of Nvidia's Rubin GPUs outside of North America. The split between bonds and loans has not been finalized, but AM Intelligence expects to receive $300 million in advance payment from potential offtakers.

AM Intelligence plans to invest $6 billion to set up 100 MW of computing power split across data centers in Malaysia and India. The company did not respond to CNBC's request for comment.

ANALYSIS The $3 billion debt raise would cover half the stated $6 billion investment target for the initial 100 MW buildout, with the remainder presumably sourced from equity or offtaker prepayments.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang showed Vera Rubin computer modules during a keynote at Nvidia GTC in Berlin, Germany, on October 21, 2026. Nvidia has recently appeared in several large infrastructure and investment deals: the Government of Canada announced an equity investment of up to $1.6 billion in Cohere on October 29, with Nvidia among the private co-investors[3].
