Snowflake disclosed Snowflake Decision, a purpose-built decision model now in private preview through AI_COMPLETE within Cortex AI Functions, targeting high-volume structured tasks such as classification, scoring, routing and filtering¹. The model scored 57.63 on 29 Jev Decision Index 0.2.1 benchmarks covering 88,837 test requests, achieving the highest quality score among 72 models evaluated. Snowflake Decision supports three question types — choice, score and yes/no — and returns per-option probabilities with confidence values, operating under existing Snowflake governance and access controls.
